Peter Cohen is the founder and principal of Cardinal Equities, a private real estate investment and development firm based in Beverly Hills, California. Through various holding companies and joint ventures, he owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, retail and residential properties throughout California, Washington, and Nevada, totaling over 1.5 million square feet.

Previously practiced real estate law at Dewey Ballantine LLP in Los Angeles and began his career in brokerage with Tower Properties in Santa Monica.
