Adam Emrani is the founder and managing principal of Lucent Capital, where he leads the firm’s practice. With more than 20 years of experience—and over $5 billion in completed transactions—Adam has built a cycle-tested reputation for structuring and executing sophisticated capital solutions.

He previously co-headed the Los Angeles office of The Carlton Group and served as Senior Vice President at George Smith Partners.

Adam holds JD/MBA degrees from USC and a BS in Psychobiology from UCLA. He is an active member of CA State Bar and a licensed broker (CA DRE 01723642).  Adam is active across industry and philanthropic organizations.
